It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about Site use, this Agreement and the Terms should be read together; for health-care Services received at our center, signed consents and applicable professional rules also apply.
By using the Site, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about K Wellness, booking Services, contacting us, or applying for employment. Online booking tools are provided for convenience. A booking request may be subject to confirmation, practitioner availability, and our cancellation policies described in the Terms. You agree not to make speculative, duplicate, or abusive bookings. Providing payment information authorizes charges consistent with our Terms and any fees disclosed during booking.
If you apply for a position, you authorize us to process your application materials for recruiting. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share. File uploads must be free of malware and limited to formats we accept. We may retain or delete application materials according to our Privacy Policy and hiring practices. An application does not create a contract of employment.
You consent to receive electronic communications related to your use of the Site (such as booking confirmations and account notices) at the email address or phone number you provide. Marketing communications require consent where required by law and may be opted out as described in the Privacy Policy.
