Purpose of the application: KwellnessNYC synchronizes K Wellness staff appointment schedules with Google Calendar.
Why we request Google user data: Authorized staff connect their Google account so Bookly appointments can be created, updated, and removed as matching Google Calendar events. Google Calendar data is used only for this staff scheduling sync.

What KwellnessNYC does
KwellnessNYC is a staff scheduling application operated by K Wellness (K Wellness and Beauty Center) at https://kwellnessnyc.com/. It helps staff keep schedules accurate and avoid double-booking.
- Connects a staff member’s Google account to their K Wellness Staff Cabinet account
- Lets the staff member choose which Google Calendar should receive appointment events
- Creates Google Calendar events for new Bookly appointments assigned to that staff member
- Updates or removes those events when appointments are rescheduled or cancelled
Who uses this application
- Only authorized K Wellness staff members with a website staff account
- Clients / patients do not connect Google accounts through KwellnessNYC
- The staff member starts the Google connection from Staff Cabinet settings after signing in
How Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and shared
- Access: with the staff member’s consent via Google OAuth, KwellnessNYC accesses Google Calendar data needed for appointment sync
- Use: calendar list/metadata to select a target calendar, and event create/update/delete for Bookly appointment times, titles/services, and related booking fields
- Storage: OAuth tokens and calendar connection settings are stored securely with that staff profile in our WordPress / Bookly system on kwellnessnyc.com
- Sharing / sale: Google Calendar data is not sold and is not used for advertising
- Control: staff can disconnect Google Calendar in Staff Cabinet; sync then stops and stored Google auth data for that staff profile is cleared
