Our facility has six shared treatment rooms: five single-treatment rooms and one room with two tables. Start with one room, then move to a two- or three-room plan when you need more capacity. Membership is month-to-month.
Room-hours are totaled across all rooms used. Additional usage is $30 per room-hour.

All rooms are shared — first-come, first-served. No plan provides a dedicated private office or priority scheduling. The selected plan sets how many rooms you may use at the same time.
Example: a Two-Room Starter member using 60 total room-hours pays $1,500 plus 20 extra hours at $30 ($600) = $2,100. Selecting Two-Room Growth before the billing month begins includes those 60 hours for $2,000. Choose your plan before each billing month — overage does not auto-upgrade your plan.
Reception hours: Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Not staffed on Sundays.
No. All rooms are shared and reserved first-come, first-served through our scheduling system. Your plan sets how many rooms you may use at the same time — not exclusive ownership of a room.
During staffed hours (Mon–Fri 10–7, Sat 10–4): greetings, phone messages, appointment changes, intake form handoff, and payment collection per your instructions. Insurance billing, EMR, and clinical advice are not included.
Room access may be booked seven days a week subject to the facility schedule. Reception is not staffed on Sundays or outside listed hours — you handle your own patient arrival then.
